Cinestudio’s 450-seat single-screen theater, which is equipped with both 4K digital cinema as well as 35mm and 70mm projectors, is available to rent for private screenings, including work events, school events, and birthdays or other parties. Contact us to schedule your event today!

Other Rental Costs
- Projectionist (Required for all rental screenings): $30/hr (4-hour minimum)
- Website listing and email: $75
- Cleaning fee: $75
- Film rental (Billed at actual cost): Average cost $250-$450 (Applies to any screening that does not receive a screener from the director or producer)
- Box office costs (Required for all rentals that are paid public events):
- Set-up fee: $75
- Staffing: $50/day
- Per Ticket Charge: $1.25/per
Other Services - DCP Conversion
A Digital Cinema Package, or DCP file, is a universal, high-resolution file format and collection of files (video, audio, and metadata) used for digital cinema projection in movie theaters and at film festivals. Creating a DCP file from standard video files requires specialized software that is available at Cinestudio.
Cinestudio can convert your film to a DCP file, either for a rental screening at Cinestudio or for screening elsewhere. The DCP file will be available as a digital download and is subject to the following pricing:
- Films up to 15 minutes: $125
- Films 15-40 minutes: $180
- Feature-length films: $260
- 4K shorts: $225
- 4K features: $550
