But her desire to help the hapless residents of Tornado Alley wins out, as she navigates shifting sides in two rival storm chasing cadres. As the twisters grow in intensity – climate change, anyone? – Kate hopes that her tweaked silver nitrates experiment with silver nitrate will succeed. Glen Powell has all 10,00 watts charisma of a rising star playing Kate’s provocative adversary, a know-it-all YouTuber.
