It seems like the blink of an eye when (14 years ago!) The Incredibles gave great entertainment with its family of superheroes hiding their powers in a world where extra-human abilities were illegal. Incredibles 2 is that rare sequel that doesn’t mess with our heads, bringing some much-appreciated joy into a summer…well, never mind. Let’s just say that Mr. Incredible, Elasticgirl, Dash, Violet and the adorbs (if lethal) Jack-Jack are back, this time to fight a villainous mastermind who is controlling the citizenry through their electronic screens. Luckily, they also have Winston Deavor, voiced by Bob Odenkirk of Breaking Bad & Better Call Saul, to pull them back onto the world stage, where they are so desperately needed.
